Move, Adds and Changes
Any Move, Add, or Change to your system can be done anytime with adequate scheduling time. Typical response times range from three to five working days. However, if parts need to be ordered, response time will range from seven to ten working days (a Service Representative will call you if additional time is necessary). All Move, Add, or Changes are invoiced on a Time and Material basis.
Teletronics also provides written quotes, upon request, for any work needed.
In an effort to provide the best service possible to our customers, the Operations Manager of Teletronics will also conduct random follow-up visits after completion of MAC's. Because of this Teletronics receives the feedback it needs to help improve on the customers needs.
