7.A copy of your most recent internal telephone directory.

8.Any available speed dialing directory in use.

9.Floor plan with telephone locations by extension number, if available (with fax and modem locations please).

10.Call accounting reports, if available.

11.Any other telephone system related reports such as ACD, SMDR, CDR, etc...

12.Data circuits such as 56K Lease Lines, TI, ISDN, Frame Relay, Internet Access, or PRI / BRI Circuits.
