Training and Education
On premise Training is one of the most important parts of the installation process. Our factory trained Customer Service Representatives will instruct your staff from beginning to end in order to get the most out of your new telecommunications system. Teletronics will also supply the owner with a Buy In Letter that they can sign and distribute to their staff prior to training. With this letter the company can express to their staff the need to take training seriously, because no matter how much money the system costs, it will not be cost effective or have any benefit if the staff does not know how it functions.
Pre-Installation
Before your system is installed, our Customer Service Representative will come to your site and perform group-training sessions. We will perform hands on training which includes how to use the features and functions of your new system. We will also hand out written material and pocket guides. Classes are usually 45 to 60 minutes in duration depending on the complexity of your specific application.
Post-Installation
A Teletronics Customer Service Representative will be present during the installation process and remain on site after the cutover. We will assist your attendant/operator with the processing of calls. We will also assist with any other questions or needs your staff may have during their transition to the new system.
Additional Training
Teletronics offers on site training for new employees as well as refresher sessions for your other employees. This training is offered on a time and material basis and is done at your company's location. Teletronics also offers quarterly training sessions at our facility. Sign-up for these quarterly classes are on a first come, first serve basis.
