Teletronics offers ongoing maintenance packages to protect your telecommunications investment.

Gold Package:

  • Four hour response time, 365 days a year
  • 24 hour response time for all minor repairs
  • All parts either replaced or repaired at no charge to you
  • Factory trained technicians dispatched to your site
  • Remote trouble shooting
  • No "trip charge" per visit to your company location.
Silver Package:
  • Four hour response time, 365 days a year
  • 24 hour response time for all minor repairs
  • All parts either replaced or repaired at no charge to you
  • Factory trained technicians dispatched to your site
  • Remote trouble shooting
  • $50 "trip charge" billed per visit to your company location.

Time & Material Basis:

If you are not interested in participating in any of our maintenance programs, repairs will be invoiced on a time and material basis.
