Minor service interruptions will be dispatched within 24 hours. If outside the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, our answering service will have an on-call technician contact you in an emergency situation. Moves, Add or Changes (MAC)(800) 686-0037 (216) 778-6504Email: service@teletronics-inc.com A move, add or change is a request by the customer to alter the phone system and can include moving phones from office to office, installing a phone jack, adding a name to an extension, etc. When a technician is required to perform work at the premise please allow 3 – 5 business days for your request. If the request can be done remotely, it may be completed on the same day, ex: software issue, adding a name to an extension, etc. Priority is given to Teletronics Service Contract customers.
