For a major failure of the phone system we guarantee response within 4 hours of receiving the call. Minor service interruptions will be dispatched within 24 hours. If outside the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, please leave a message and an on-call technician will contact you in an emergency situation.  Note:   Priority is given to Teletronics Support Contract customers.
