In order to keep those voice and data systems running like a well oiled machine, Teletronics has 12 fully equipped service trucks and over 20 highly trained technicians on the road to handle any of your voice, data, voip (voice over internet protocol), or telecommunication needs.
Real-Time GPS Tracking in Each Truck Means Faster Service for You
Each of our service trucks have real time GPS tracking, that allows us to dispatch the closest and most appropriate technician. That means we are able to get a technician and service truck to you in a shorter amount of time, with the exact parts you need for your system.
$25,000 Estimated Parts Per Truck Inventoried in Real-Time
Each service truck contains an estimated $25,000 value in parts that are monitored in real-time by our high tech inventory management system back at our main office. This real time inventory tracking allows us to know which service truck to send based on the inventory in the technician’s truck.
Each of these factors make sure that we can get the right parts to your location to get the system repaired faster and with minimal downtime.

Know which tech to dispatch based on the inventory in the tech’s truck
All of our service trucks are cellular-dispatched and at least 2 service technicians are "on-call" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to handle any emergency problem.
*For a major failure of the phone system, which would be your operator/reception telephone, 50% or more of your lines or if the voice mail system is down, we will typically respond within 4 hours of receiving the call.
Minor service interruptions will be dispatched to one of our business phone system technicians within 24 hours. If outside of the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time), our answering service will have an on-call technician contact you in an emergency situation. Priority is given to Teletronics Service Contract clients.
